Katy is a Creative Director with 20+ years of experience creating visual solutions that authentically express an organization’s brand and mission. Katy loves creative problem solving. She likes to work closely with clients to understand the nuances of their organization, and guide them through difficult conversations to create the best possible design solution.

In her time at Teal, Katy has led UX/UI and brand solutions for many mission-driven organizations, including Americans United for Separation of Church & State, Biden for Presidential 2020, National Domestic Violence Hotline, and PFLAG.
