Cecilia is a PMP-certified Director of Project Management with deep experience managing large-scale, complex digital transformations. Prior to joining Teal, Cecilia worked as a Technical Project Manager at Red Door Interactive, a San Diego-based agency. She’s passionate about creating a seamless experience for clients and ensuring teams have what they need to produce the best work for our clients.
Cecilia spent time in foster care, after her mother came to America, struggled to assimilate and eventually returned to Mexico—an experience that made her passionate about improving the system for foster youth and immigrants. She feels a strong connection to Teal clients doing the same, such as Abundant Futures, Adoptions Together, The National Immigration Law Center, and Voto Latino.
Agency work can be really demanding and even draining at times—but with the clients we have at Teal, the hard days are still good days.
