Stories that Deserved a Home
Theirworld created the Education Issue in support of youth journalism as a catalyst for change, empowering young people around the world to report on the issues shaping their communities. While the stories and voices were already there, the program lacked a dedicated platform that could elevate and sustain them.
The new site needed to function as an editorial destination that felt credible and engaging to both the young journalists and philanthropic audiences. At the same time, it needed to remain clearly connected to Theirworld’s broader brand ecosystem and be simple enough for Theirwold’s teams to manage and evolve over time.
Bold Storytelling Within a Unified Brand
We designed the Education Issue to feel visually connected to Theirworld through a shared color palette, while distinguishing it through bold editorial typography and expressive layouts. These typographic and layout choices create a youthful, editorial-driven aesthetic while still supporting the familiar conventions of digital publishing: clear story hierarchy, thoughtful featured article placement, and a flexible grid system that allows strong photography to take the lead. The result is a dynamic yet simple space that highlights the stories and their authors.
Built for the Next Edition
The site was built to make publishing new stories as seamless as possible Theirworld’s internal team. Flexible listing and filtering tools allow content to be organized dynamically across topics and themes, while streamlined publishing workflows make it easy to upload and feature new stories quickly. The result is a scalable editorial platform that keeps fresh content front and center.
