Jeff is an experienced web developer who particularly enjoys working on complex, custom solutions to difficult technical problems. At Teal, he has worked on projects for the Brookings Institution, the Public Interest Network, the Center for American Progress, and more. Prior to joining Teal, he worked in advertising, developing marketing websites for a broad range of corporate clients. He also holds a PhD in philosophy, and has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level.
