The Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University focuses on student development and career success. This boutique program designs courses, supports student-led organizations, hosts industry events, and builds a strong alumni network – all to connect students to a successful career in the global real estate industry.
They came to Teal looking for a website refresh that would accurately and effectively tell students who they are, what they offer and to illustrate the truly unique experience this boutique university program offers.
The Steers Center was working with a limited timeline and limited budget. To maximize what we could do for them, we leaned into the existing website framework that Teal had created for another program at Georgetown University, The Psaros Center.
Early on, we identified site similarities and reused common page templates to cut costs, focusing our more strategic efforts on key Steers landing pages. We focused on custom pages highlighting the student experience, and details about the different degree programs that Steers offers.
Building on our existing framework while pushing Georgetown’s branding, we designed a student-centered, immersive experience for the Steers program. A bold homepage video, dynamic photography, and custom illustrations reflecting campus architecture bring the program to life. The clean, modern design elevates Steers as a premier real estate program.
