Healthcare Across Borders strives for a new model of care that facilitates timely, accessible, and affordable abortion, reproductive, and gender-affirming care to anyone who needs it regardless of where they live, and that protects providers and patients from any barriers infringing on their rights to provide or receive the care they need.

HCAB sought to establish a brand and digital presence that would effectively communicate their mission and impact.

Branding lite, big impact

Teal Media’s design team worked closely with Healthcare Across Borders to create a logo and wordmark that reflected the organization’s values and vision within our Branding Lite process. Once the brand elements were finalized, we seamlessly incorporated them throughout the website’s design, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. The logo symbolized connection and support, while the wordmark conveyed professionalism and trustworthiness. These elements became the cornerstone of the organization’s brand identity.

Clinical style with a vibrant, youthful edge.

When designing the HCAB site, special care was taken in making things strong & professional, mixed with some youthful touches and styles. These eclectic styles show how HCAB works across all borders connecting people of all kinds with the essential care they need.

From the broken barrier pattern used in the hero image, to the organic lines supporting and bringing things together, all these aspects work together to support the overall message of the site: breaking barriers and supporting those who need it. HCAB works to ensure everyone has full access to essential reproductive, sexual, and gender-affirming care regardless of zip code, and unencumbered by cost, discrimination, ideology, or stigma.

Amplifying the mission

HCAB’s website launched with a powerful brand identity that truly resonates with its mission – not just visually striking but also deeply connected to their cause. By harnessing the capabilities of the Archie Platform and the Branding Lite package, we crafted a brand and website designed to make an impact with a budget accessible to a startup organization. It’s a digital platform that not only serves their needs but also amplifies their mission – to ensure everyone has full access to essential reproductive, sexual, and gender-affirming care regardless of zip code, and unencumbered by cost, discrimination, ideology, or stigma.
