Their commitment to mission-driven work began while facilitating creative workshops for queer and trans youth—spaces where storytelling and imagination aren’t abstract ideas, but tools for survival and joy. At Teal, Naphtali focuses on growth and proposals, helping align client goals with Teal’s expertise to deliver clear, measurable results. Outside of work, you can find them on the trail with their partner and their rescue dog, River.
