Maïca has spent her career amplifying the impact of mission-driven organizations through data-centric digital strategies and accelerating growth within organizations. Her experience spans brand marketing, email strategy, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media management, website development, strategic operations management, and more.
Maïca has previously supported an industry leader in online B2C sales, an innovator in energy-savings solutions, dozens of history-making political campaigns, and some of the world’s largest nonprofit organizations. She loves to work on challenging projects that have a real-world impact, and gets most fired up by organizations that work to protect our planet or to empower women, immigrants, and minority communities.
In her spare time, you’ll find Maïca in the beautiful woods north of Boston with her favorite hiking buddy, her dog Lilo!
We established a brand for FMQ’s Conference—undeniably Georgetown yet elevated—and deployed it across web, social, stage, and media. We executed a six-figure, multi-channel digital ad program that drove registrations and visibility, helping elevate Psaros Center’s biggest and most successful event of the year.
Equimundo: Center for Masculinities and Social Justice has worked internationally and in the United States since 2011 to engage men and boys as allies in gender equality, promote healthy manhood, and prevent violence. We bring evidence to action through innovative research which in turn informs our programs and advocacy work across the world in local communities.
