Teal Media is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our collaborative, mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll support the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns that help our clients drive engagement, grow their audiences, and amplify their impact. You’ll work closely with our strategists, designers, and developers to bring digital strategies to life across social media, email, SEO, and paid media—while contributing to performance tracking, content creation, and ongoing optimization.
- Ideal Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US)
- Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000
This role aligns with Level 2 in Teal’s internal growth framework. The salary band is fixed and applied consistently to all candidates at this level to ensure equitable compensation practices. Final salary within the band is determined based on a candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
