Teal Media is seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead digital projects for mission-driven organizations from kickoff through launch and beyond. You’re equal parts organizer, communicator, and problem-solver—someone who can keep complex work moving forward while building trust with clients and supporting internal teams. You’ll help deliver high-quality digital work that supports meaningful change, working alongside a skilled team that cares deeply about craft, collaboration, and impact.
This is a full-time contract-to-hire role, with the intention of transitioning into a long-term position. Timing for conversion may vary depending on client needs and project pipeline, but our goal is to find someone who can grow with Teal over time.
Compensation is expected to fall in the range of $7,000- $9,000 per month, depending on experience, availability, and project scope.
