Teal Media is hiring a full-time Senior Brand Messaging Strategist to join our collaborative, mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll lead the development of compelling messaging and brand narratives across a variety of client projects—from mission statements and website copy to campaign content, storytelling, and more. You’ll work closely with our strategists, designers, and clients to shape creative direction, ensure message consistency, and deliver content that inspires action and aligns with each organization’s goals.
- Ideal Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the US)
- Salary Range: $115,000–$135,000
This role aligns with Level 5 in Teal’s internal growth framework. The salary band is fixed and applied consistently to all candidates at this level to ensure equitable compensation practices. Final salary within the band is determined based on a candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
