Teal Media is hiring a full-time Senior Project Manager to join our collaborative, mission-driven team! In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects from kickoff to launch—overseeing timelines, deliverables, technical requirements, and client relationships. You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, and strategists to ensure successful outcomes that align with both creative vision and (some) technical execution.
This role aligns with Level 3 in Teal’s internal growth framework. The salary band is fixed and applied consistently to all candidates at this level to ensure equitable compensation practices. Final salary within the band is determined based on a candidate’s relevant experience and skills.
